Refund Policy

At Light Beam, we stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our lighting products. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-centric, ensuring a seamless experience in case you’re not fully satisfied.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests only under specific conditions. A refund may be processed if:

  • The product is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The delivered product is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • There is a valid manufacturing fault that affects functionality or safety.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be shared.
  • Refunds will not be processed for minor visual differences due to lighting, screen resolution, or customisation unless there is a technical defect.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment.
  • The refund amount will exclude any shipping or installation charges.
  • Crediting Time: 7–10 business days post-approval.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, incorrect installation, or external factors.
  • Clearance sale or final sale items.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our eligibility and quality standards.
