Return Policy

Overview

Our lighting is built to last. But if you ever face an issue, we’re here to make it right. At Lightbeam, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all, and our return & refund policy reflects that commitment. Please read the below details carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept refund requests We accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Manufacturing defects.

Please note: We do not accept returns for products that have been used, altered, or installed.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    within 7 days of delivery

  • Share images/videos of the product showing the defect or damage.
  • Our team will evaluate the request and confirm the return eligibility within 48 hours.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.

3. Refund Timeline

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via NEFT/UPI transfer after bank details are provided.

4. Exchange Policy

for damage defective products -Replacement/ Damaged – you can place the request for Replacement/ Damaged products within 3 days of deloivery and all the replaced/ damaged products will be delivered within 5-7 days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-designed products.
  • Clearance sale items.
  • Items without original packaging.
  • Installed or tampered products.

6. Cancellations

If you’d like to exchange a product due to damage or wrong item received, we will ship the replacement at no extra cost after the original item is returned.

7. Damage During Transit

If the product arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video. Our team will assess and take appropriate action.

8. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect), the shipping charges are fully borne by Lightbeam.
  • For all other return cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Return Address

Returns must be sent only to our official warehouse address shared upon approval. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
