We ship all across India, bringing Lightbeam’s luxury lighting solutions to every corner of the country. Whether you’re in a bustling metro or a remote town, we make sure your order reaches you promptly and safely.
2. Dispatch Timeline
All in-stock items are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days of order confirmation. In case of custom-made or out-of-stock products, the estimated dispatch time is communicated at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier availability. Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery timelines.
4. Shipping Partners
We’ve partnered with some of the most reliable national logistics and courier services to ensure timely and damage-free delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
5. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order through the tracking ID sent to your registered email/SMS. For any additional assistance, our customer support team is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
6. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, nominal service charges may apply depending on your location and order value.
7. Packaging & Handling
Every Lightbeam product is packed with utmost care using secure, eco-friendly, and high-grade packaging materials to prevent transit damage. We also perform a final quality check before dispatch.
8. Delayed or Lost Packages
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a lost package or excessive delay, please reach out to our support team. We will investigate and take corrective action swiftly.
9. Undelivered Packages
If the delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, our courier partners will attempt re-delivery. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
